1、 Customer background

A large hardware warehousing company in Vietnam specializes in hardware accessories, building materials, and other products, with a warehouse area of approximately 7000 square meters. Due to the wide variety of goods and frequent batches, customers have long faced problems of chaotic storage and low handling efficiency. They urgently need a batch of storage equipment that can improve space utilization and facilitate management.

The customer originally used wooden pallets and simple iron frames for storage, which not only resulted in disorderly stacking, but also had the following issues:

3、 Solution

Based on the size of the customer's warehouse and the type of goods, we recommend three specifications of foldable storage cages:

WN-1208: Used for storing medium-sized hardware tools, with folding structure and stacking slots;

WN-1008-W: with universal wheel style, suitable for areas with frequent transfers;

WN-8060: Small size specification, suitable for classifying and placing small items such as screws and hardware accessories.

We also provide suggestions for optimizing warehouse layout, helping customers plan stacking areas, turnover areas, and fixed storage areas.

4、 Delivery and Implementation

After confirming the samples, the customer officially placed an order for 1800 sets of storage cages, which will be produced, surface hot-dip galvanized, packaged and shipped by our company within 15 days. We provide detailed packing drawings and user manuals, which can be put into use directly after the customer receives the goods, without the need for additional installation procedures.
